The college has a well-furnished library established mainly for the nursing students. It has over books, journals (National and International subscriptions), general reading magazines and newspapers. Students can also avail internet facilities for extensive learning.
Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must have passed in 2024 in class 12th (10+2) system only with 40% marks. ("Passed" means passed in both theory and practical/project as applicable.)
Syllabus: Anatomy and physiology, Microbiology, Psychology, Sociology, Fundamentals of nursing, First aid, Personal hygiene, Health education, Communication skills, Nutrition, Environmental hygiene.
Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must have passed class 12th (10+2) with PCB from a recognized board. Need minimum 40% marks in 12. Only JENPAS valid ranked candidate will be eligible for Admission in B.Sc Nursing.
Syllabus: Anatomy, Sociology, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Psychology, Microbiology, Computers, Medical health nursing, Child health nursing, Nursing research and statistics, Midwifery and obstetrical nursing.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates with JEPBN Valid rank with 10+2 and General Nursing & Midwifery qualification along with service experience and Nurse registration as per rules of WBUHS & INC.
Syllabus: Nursing Foundation, Nutrition & Dietetics, Biochemistry & Biophysics, Psychology, Maternal Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Microbiology, Medical & Surgical Nursing, Sociology, Community Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Introduction to Nursing Education.
A teacher training program equips teachers with techniques and modern pedagogy strategies that help them to better connect with, manage, and teach their students. RPGI helps provide a better education system to society to improve quality of education.
There is a huge collection of Books related to Education, Pedagogy, Child Psychology and Specific Subjects. A collection of encyclopedia and journals in the library, as well as renowned novelist and poets creations.
Eligibility Criteria: The nationality of the candidate must be Indian. Must have passed class 12 or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognized board. Relaxation of 5% for SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, Physically Handicapped. Max age: 35 (UR), 40 (SC & ST), 38 (OBC).
Syllabus: Child Studies, Compulsory Pedagogic Subject (CPS), Mathematics, Environmental Science, Educational Studies, Contemporary Studies, Pedagogy Across Curriculum, School Internship, Physical & Emotional Health Education.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who have qualified Graduate or Master's degree from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks. Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/PWD (45%). No maximum age limit for admission in B.Ed.
Syllabus: Childhood and Growing Up, Contemporary India and Education, Language across Curriculum, Understanding Disciplines and Subjects, Learning and Teaching, Pedagogy of a School Subject, Assessment for Learning, Drama and Art in Education, Gender School and Society, ICT, Health & Physical Education.
A Pharmacy course is a branch of health sciences that involves the study of drugs, medications, and their effects on the human body. RPGI's impressive campus is dedicated to developing and nurturing pharmaceutical education and research.
The library is computerized with Internet facility for online search. CD-ROM collection includes different subjects to support digital resources. The library is updated every year with newer journals, books and abstracts.
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 10+2 in science stream (PCB/PCM) from a recognized educational board. Minimum aggregate score of 34% at 10+2 level.
Syllabus: Biochemistry and Clinical Pathology, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Health Education and Community Pharmacy, Pharmacognosy, Hospital and Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Drug Store and Business Management, Pharmaceutics.
Eligibility Criteria: WBJEE Valid rank with 10+2 Pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics. Must have passed in English.
Syllabus: Human Anatomy and Physiology, Pharmaceutical Inorganic and Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy Practice, and various specialized subjects in subsequent years.
Anti Sexual Harassment Committee, comprising of members from the teaching and non-teaching staff as well as students looks into matters related to sexual harassment of students and staffs in the college. The boards indicating the names and phone numbers of the committee members are displayed in the college.
Ragging in any form is a punishable offence and committing this act of indiscipline shall result in instant cancellation of the concerned student's admission or rustication. The institute considers ragging a cognizable offence and will take strong action against offenders.
Students are not relieved during the course of study. If any student after admission decides to withdraw, they must communicate the decision to college authority physically along with parents or legal guardian. If the authority is satisfied with the reasons, the remaining fees of the admitted program must be paid. Fees and documents are non-refundable in any circumstance.
